On LTE router, the 4G band is set to Auto by default. The network carriers can provide multiple frequency bands for user access, so if the router is not running on the best 4G band or the 4G band changes constantly which might influent the stability of LTE links, you can select the 4G band manually.
Step 1: Open a web browser and go to http://cudy.net or http://192.168.10.1. Use "admin" as password to log in.

Step 2: Go to General Settings->Cellular/4G->APN. Select the 4G band your carrier supports.
Step 3: Save & Apply the settings.
Step 4: Then you could go to the System Status->Cellular->Status page to check if it works on the band you selected.
