Thank you for contacting Cudy support team. I need some more information to fix this issue.
1. What is the model of your router? You can check the model on the label at the bottom of the router.
2. What have you set on the router? especially the working mode.
3. Connect your computer or phone to the Cudy router, and check the gateway IP address of the router. Then you can try to login to the web page of the router via this gateway IP address.

If you want to change the admin password to login to the WEB management page of the router. Please go to “Advanced Settings” -“System”—-“Admin Account” to change the admin password of the router.
