There is no problem with recovery https://github.com/981213/mtk_uartboot I can flash own uboot if neccessary. Please create firmware with signature check removal. I alredy prepare code for testing https://github.com/Linaro1985/openwrt/commit/fec6f44184bba8b8f9534cccb6c30c0da18a0b43

There is no OpenWRT firmware for AP3000 now. We need to wait the OpenWRT forum to release the OpenWRT firmware for AP3000.

For AP3000, it is because there is no recover feature. If the device is work abnormal. You can’t get it back. For AP1300, there is no Openwrt firmware now. Do you want to develop the Openwrt firmware?

For the problem you are facing, upgrading the OpenWRT firmware is useless. What you need is to ask AT&T to apply for a Public IP address for your broadband line.
“I tried to install openwrt on their site with the file and I put it in and it says invalid so I came here to try and flash the remove signature check for the cudy wr3000 and the whole router when blank and refused to reboot so I had to do the emergency flash of the original files. So does this work or not?? I just want openwrt cause I keep getting this message on this software saying “Important note: The router has detected that your current external network IP is not a public network IP” which in short is making my port forwarding stuff not work. I am using this as passthrough with at@t.”

WR1500 doesn’t support OpenWRT system. So please use other models of Cudy router.
