@Steve,
Dear Customer,
Thank you for contacting Cudy support team. Please follow the steps:
1. Set the LAN IP address to the same subnet of the main router, it will be easy to login to the web page.
2. Set the WiFi SSID and password as you want.
3. Disable the DHCP server of the P5.
Then you can connect to the main router and use it as a AP.

“I have configured my P5 router, now I’d like to change it to Access Point. I can not see in the web interface any references at all to operation mode. How do I change the operation mode from wireless router to Access Point router?”

“Hi. I have an LT500 router upstairs with sim card and another downstairs connected in AP mode via ethernet cable to the 1st one due there is very little wifi signal coming between floors through the ceiling. It works well but results in 2 different wifi networks upstairs and downstairs. So when moving between rooms devices not always switch to the network with better signal. How to make it one network with same login and password on both floors? Is it possible to configure a mesh in this situation?”

@Karol,
Dear Customer,
Yes, of course you can add another router before the Wr3000.

“Hi, and in the situation below, can there be another router before the Wr3000? I mean, can there be another router connected to the WAN, then connected to the wr3000?”
